TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

Please make your booking deposit within 10 mins of this submission to confirm your session. Please note that the session will only be confirmed after confirmation of the deposit. More information will be on the booking page.

DURATION OF SESSION

Min: 1 Hour - Max: 3 Hours

The final payable amount will be calculated at the end of the reading based on the total duration calculated to the closest half hour. The deposit amount will be offset here.

LATE-COMER / NO-SHOW POLICY

Please do not be late for the session. Latecomers will be given a 30-minute buffer time, after which the session will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. Strictly no refunds or rescheduling for no-show sessions, so please book/amend session dates responsibly.​

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE

Please make any cancellations or reschedule at least 24 hours before the arranged session. Deposit will be forfeited for cancellations less than 24 Hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations will not be honored and will be forfeited under our NO-SHOW POLICY, so please book responsibly.
